How much does shipping cost?
To the United States, shipping is free.
To Canada, shipping is $22 U.S.D. per order.
To the rest of the world, shipping is $30 U.S.D. per order.
Canada and orders outside of North America are subject to any additional duties or taxes.
How will my order be shipped?
If your order is going to a U.S. mailing address, your order will be shipped either via USPS First Class mail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on its size and weight. If your order is going to an address outside of the U.S., it will be shipped via USPS First Class International mail.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders shipping within the U.S. should arrive within 3 to 5 days of the order date. Orders shipping to Canada usually arrive within 7 to 14 days. Orders to the rest of the world can take anywhere from 10 days to 6 weeks, depending on destination. (We once had a package take 6 weeks to get to Russia – but it got there!) Note that orders that have pre-order or backorder items may take longer to ship. If you require expedited shipping, please Contact Us first to make arrangements.
Returns or Exchanges
If you are not happy with the products you received, please fill out the form on the Contact Us page to arrange for a return or exchange.
We will only be able to process a return or exchange within 15 days from when you receive your order.
All items must be returned in their original condition and must not be worn, washed or altered.
No returns or exchanges on clearance items or limited-edition items.
You are responsible for return postage costs if you are returning an item for a refund. You will be refunded the paid amount, minus a $5 restocking fee.
You are responsible for return postage costs if you are exchanging an item because you ordered the wrong size or wrong color. You are also responsible for postage costs of the replacement item. (See the Size Chart if you are not sure what size you should get.)
